dcg55 Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the dcg55 platform — they determine your rights regarding your account, transactions and gameplay.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the dcg55 platform and its services. They serve as a legal agreement between you (the user) and dcg55. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. dcg55 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; any changes will take effect from the date of publication.
Definitions and Scope
The following words and phrases used in these terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Platform" — The dcg55 website (dcg55.cam), mobile version and all associated services.
- "User" or "Member" — Any person who accesses services through a registered account on dcg55.
- "Account" — A personal account created through registration that gives the user access to dcg55 services.
- "Bonuses and Promotions" — Various incentives, discounts and rewards offered by dcg55 from time to time.
- "Money" or "Balance" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) deposited in or withdrawable from the account.
- "Transaction" — Any financial activity related to deposits, withdrawals and betting.
These terms and conditions apply to all dcg55 services, games, bonuses and promotions. Where specific promotions or game-specific terms exist, they will apply alongside these general terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement

No one under the age of 21 may register on the platform. dcg55 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. dcg55 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance if false information is provided regarding age.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, internet connection or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing incorrect or false information, or creating an account using another person's details, will be considered a serious breach of the terms. If personal information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify dcg55 support immediately. Use of another person's account or transfer of an account is strictly prohibited.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit
Funds can be deposited into a dcg55 account via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, the support team must be notified with proof of the transaction.
3.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
3.3 Transaction Verification
dcg55 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Transactions may be suspended if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity. Users will be required to provide the necessary documentation in such investigations.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at dcg55 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, the applicable bonus code must be used at the time of the first deposit and a minimum of ৳300 must be deposited.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after betting 25 times the bonus amount. Only bets on specified games will count toward wagering — contact the support team for the list of eligible games.
4.3 Bonus Rules
- A bonus can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
- The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus abuse occurs or bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- The terms of bonus offers may change at any time.
- If you attempt to cash out before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.4 VIP Program
The dcg55 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7% and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dcg55 platform:
- Fraud, hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software and systems.
- Using bots, automated software or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Stealing or misusing another user's account information.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug.
- Threatening or harassing other users or dcg55 staff.
- Providing false or misleading information.
For any of the above violations, the account may be immediately closed, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and legal action taken where applicable.
Fair Play Policy
6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises over the outcome of a game, first notify dcg55 support via 24/7 live chat or email ([email protected]). dcg55 will review system logs and game records before making a decision. The decision of dcg55 will be considered final.
6.3 Technical Errors
If any transaction or game result is affected by a software or hardware error, dcg55 reserves the right to cancel it. The affected balance will be returned in such cases.

Limitation of Liability
dcg55 accepts no liability for the following:
- Loss caused by internet connection disruption.
- Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
- Issues caused by faults in third-party software or services.
- Unexpected technical problems (force majeure) or cyber attacks.
- Consequences arising from a breach of laws applicable in the user's country.
The total liability of dcg55 for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the user's current account balance.
Account Closure and Termination
10.1 At the User's Request
Any user may close their account at any time by contacting dcg55 support. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
10.2 At dcg55's Initiative
In cases of breach of terms, fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity, dcg55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In such cases, all bonuses and funds obtained from suspicious transactions may be forfeited.
Amendment and Effectiveness of Terms
dcg55 reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website. In the case of significant changes, efforts will be made to notify users by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates that the user agrees to the new terms.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
